Anthelmintic Therapy

Duration: 3–4 months

The program consists of three key stages:

  1. Deep Detox (Preparation)
  2. Anti-Helminthic Therapy (Treatment)
  3. Hepatoprotective Support (Recovery)

During the entire program, it's essential to drink 1.5–2 liters of pure water daily and get at least 8 hours of sleep each night!

Stage 1 — Preparation: Deep Detox

This stage includes 5 cleansing steps:

1. Gastrointestinal Tract Cleansing — Laxative Tea

Parasitologists know well that the colon is the most common habitat for parasites in the human body. Accumulation of waste not only disrupts digestion and metabolism but also creates an ideal environment for nearly all known helminths.

The detox process begins with colon cleansing. This program uses dietary fiber (including pectin and cellulose) treated with a special technology to boost intestinal motility, speed up elimination, and prevent fermentation and decay.

This fiber removes years of waste buildup and cleanses the intestinal microvilli from undigested food layers, thus widening the intestinal lumen and giving access to parasites embedded in the villi.

2. Lymphatic System Cleansing — Lymphomyosot (Heel)

30 drops, 2 times per day (morning on an empty stomach and at night).

When the lymphatic system is impaired, toxins accumulate in the intercellular space, increasing the burden on the liver, intestines, and kidneys.

Enterosgel (1 tbsp morning and evening) is used as a sorbent to restore intestinal flora and assist in lymph detoxification. When the intestinal walls are clean, the mucosal permeability is restored, which reduces allergen entry into the bloodstream.

Laxative tea also plays an important role in reducing pathogenic bacteria, easing bloating and spasms, and cleansing both the intestines and biliary system. Take 2–3 times a week along with Enterosgel.

3. Liver Cleansing

The liver's primary role is detoxification—neutralizing toxins (including those produced by parasites). To function properly, bile flow must remain unobstructed. However, a sedentary lifestyle, heavy meals, salty or smoked foods, and alcohol lead to bile stagnation.

Ursosan is recommended to prevent bile stagnation and gallstone formation.

Milk thistle (silymarin) enhances liver cell regeneration and bile production.

  • Ursosan: 1 tablet twice daily with meals (30 days)
  • Silymarin: 1 capsule at night

Together, they support liver detoxification, regeneration, and fat metabolism.

4. Immune System Support

Long-term parasitic infections suppress the immune system. The body becomes sensitized by parasitic byproducts, which may trigger allergic reactions (dermatitis, asthma, rhinitis).

Garlic (in supplement form) acts as a powerful immune modulator, increasing macrophage activity and immunoglobulin production. Take 1 capsule with dinner.

5. Diet Adjustments

Your diet during the program should consist mainly of fiber-rich plant-based foods and exclude sugar, yeast, alcohol, and fermented products—parasites thrive on sweets and processed foods.

Avoid completely: Salt, sugar, coffee, chocolate, yeast, alcohol, pickled foods, eggplant, tomatoes

Limit: Potatoes, meat, soda, eggs, milk, white bread, raw fish, juices

Recommended: Seaweed, spirulina, chlorella, nuts, seeds, leafy greens, fermented foods, red and green vegetables, and berries like cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, pomegranate, and fermented cabbage.

Duration of Stage 1: 1 month

Recommended Supplements:

  • Cleansing tea: daily for 7 days, then every 2–3 days for 2 weeks, then daily again for 7 days
  • Ursosan: 1 tab 2x/day with meals (30 days)
  • Lymphomyosot: 25 drops morning and night
  • Enterosgel: 1 tbsp morning and evening, 30 min after Lymphomyosot (for 14 days)
  • Silymarin and garlic: 1 capsule with dinner

Stage 2 — Anthelmintic Therapy (Targeted Treatment)

After detoxification, the body is prepared for anti-parasitic therapy. At this stage, it's important to take agents that:

  • – paralyze adult parasites and larvae,
  • – neutralize parasitic toxins,
  • – destroy eggs (ova),
  • – remove parasites through the intestines, kidneys, and skin.

Recommended products combine plant extracts with broad-spectrum antiparasitic activity.

1. Main Antiparasitic Agents

Take Antiparasitic Complex or equivalent herbal products with proven action against helminths and protozoa. A course of 2 weeks, followed by a 2-week break, then repeated.

For example:

  • Black walnut extract, wormwood, clove, and thyme oil — These act synergistically to destroy adult parasites, larvae, and eggs.

2. Sorbents

Continue using Enterosgel during this stage:

  • 1 tablespoon twice daily (away from other supplements). This helps bind and remove the toxic waste products released as parasites die.

3. Liver and Bile Support

Parasites and their waste place a heavy load on the liver and biliary system. Continue taking Ursosan (1 tablet twice daily with meals) and silymarin (milk thistle) to prevent bile stasis and support detoxification.

4. Gastrointestinal Motility

To ensure timely evacuation of parasites, continue taking laxative tea or herbal complex for bowel regularity 2–3 times per week.

5. Immune Support and Anti-inflammatory Protection

During this phase, it is important to strengthen the immune system and reduce inflammation caused by tissue damage.

Recommended:

  • Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil or flaxseed oil): 1000 mg per day
  • Garlic extract: 1 capsule with dinner
  • Vitamin C and zinc may be added for additional immune support

6. Diet Recommendations

Continue the detox diet:

  • Emphasize bitter greens (arugula, dandelion, mustard greens) and herbs (coriander, parsley, dill)
  • Avoid all forms of sugar and white flour
  • Eliminate fermented foods (including bread, kefir, yogurt), which may promote fungal growth
  • Focus on whole foods and adequate fiber

Duration of Stage 2: 2 weeks, then a 2-week break, followed by another 2-week course (if needed)

Stage 3 — Hepatoprotective and Post-Antiparasitic Recovery

After intensive antiparasitic therapy, the final phase is aimed at:

– Regenerating liver tissue

– Restoring bile flow and digestion

– Strengthening the immune system

– Normalizing the gut microbiota

1. Liver Recovery

  • Continue silymarin: 1 capsule per day for another month
  • Optional: Artichoke extract to support bile production

2. Microbiome Restoration

Helminths and their toxins disrupt the gut microbiome. After treatment, it's crucial to repopulate beneficial bacteria.

Take:

  • Probiotics with live cultures (minimum 10 billion CFU/day)
  • Start 7 days after finishing antiparasitic agents
  • Course duration: at least 1 month

3. Digestive Enzymes

If digestive function is impaired (bloating, heaviness, constipation), add:

  • Pancreatin or similar enzyme complex with meals for 10–14 days

4. Nutrient Replenishment

Parasitic infections can lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Recommended supplements:

  • Multivitamins with B-complex and magnesium
  • Vitamin D3 and iron (if deficient)

5. Continued Dietary Support

  • Maintain a diet rich in fiber, leafy greens, and clean protein sources
  • Avoid processed foods, sugar, and alcohol for at least 4 more weeks
  • Gradually reintroduce fermented foods (kefir, sauerkraut) only after microbiome balance is restored

Duration of Stage 3: 1 month or longer depending on individual recovery
